About
I'm not a therapist in a white coat. I don't hide behind clinical terminology. I came to this work through my own darkness — through years of not knowing who I was beyond what others wanted me to be.
Yoga Sexualis® isn't a method. It's a way of coming home — to the body, to desire, to yourself. I work with women who sense that something is lying dormant within them. And who finally have the courage to open it.
Philosophy
Because sexuality isn't a problem to be solved. It's a gateway. One of the few places where you cannot lie — where the body overrides the mind and reveals a truth the head refuses to see.
I don't work with theory. I work with what you bring into the room. With what hangs in the air, what goes unsaid, what is held in the shoulders. The body remembers everything — including what you long ago decided to forget.
My work isn't comfortable. It's honest. And that's precisely why it works.
